Customer Web Access (CWA) Online Payment Portal
– Retiree Insurance Payments City of Columbia Retirees can now view and pay monthly insurance invoices online. Just click the retiree insurance payments link to register and get started.
– Solid Waste Collection Commercial/Eleemosynary customers, register and logon to Customer Waste Web Access link to download bills and make realtime payment for your solid waste services, anytime, any day.
– Water/Sewer Services Use the Customer Web Access link to view and pay water/sewer/stormwater bills, 24-7, 7 days a week.
NEW!! - Parking Citations
The Parking Services Department is now accepting online payments for parking citations. To get started, click on the button below. Please send an email to parkingservices@columbiasc.net if you have questions about a citation.
NOTE: To continue to provide our customers the ability to make in-office payments with a debit or credit card, the City of Columbia has partnered with Value Payment Systems (VPS), a third party service provider, to bring you a new payment service. The convenience fee collected is in no way associated with the City and is collected solely by VPS. If you do not wish to use this service, you may pay the City of Columbia directly by other traditional methods such as cash or check. The total price which will be charged to you for your payment includes funds used to develop, maintain, enhance and expand the electronic payment service they are offering. The total amount will be shown on the payment site you will be directed to later in this process.
